Privacy Policy for Ball Crap

D+ Studios Ltd. ("D+ Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile
game Ball Crap (the "Game," bundle ID com.dplusstudios.ballcrap)
for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we
use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or playing Ball Crap, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Ball Crap uses Sign in with Apple as its authentication method. When you sign in, we collect and store:
- Email address — provided to us by Apple when you authenticate. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option, we receive and store the private relay address Apple generates instead of your real email.
We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or payment information directly. We do not require or request access to your contacts, photos, location, or camera.
Gameplay Data
As part of normal use of the Game, we may store data tied to your account, including:
- Player credits and in-game progression
- Match history and gameplay statistics used for multiplayer functionality
- Your unique player/account identifier
Automatically Collected Data
Our infrastructure providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and device/connection metadata) as part of normal server operation, for example to serve multiplayer sessions or detect abuse. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Enable real-time multiplayer gameplay
- Track and save your progression and credits
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Game (e.g., preventing cheating or abuse)
- Communicate with you about your account, if necessary
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. How We Store Your Information
We use the following third-party service providers to operate Ball Crap. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices:

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You may delete your profile at any time from within the Game.
- When you delete your profile, your account is deactivated immediately and is no longer accessible or usable.
- We retain your account data for 90 days after deletion. This grace period exists in case you change your mind or run into an issue, and to allow recovery from accidental deletion.
- After 90 days, your account data — including your email address, credits, and progression — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
If you would like your data deleted sooner than the 90-day period, contact us using the information in Section 8 and we will process the request manually.
5. Children's Privacy
Ball Crap is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under this age, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (see Section 4)
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

Your Privacy Choices
We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, and we don't use your data for targeted ads or cross-app tracking — so there's no "opt out of sale/sharing" toggle needed here, because that sale/sharing doesn't happen. What you can still do:
Delete your account
From the Profile screen in the app, any time. Your login is revoked immediately; your data is permanently deleted after the 90-day grace period described in Section 4.
Access or correct your data
Email us (Section 8) and we'll manually process the request.
Ask a question about your data
Same email — we'll respond directly.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with the service providers listed in Section 3, as necessary to operate the Game, or if required by law (e.g., to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process).

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
